Perception Based Study of Variation Order in Building Construction Projects

Purpose: The main objective of this study is to identify the various origin and causes variation orders. area limited Tribhuwan University premises, Kathmandu. result can be further used analyze impacts those also develop prevention measures which beneficial in upcoming projects. Design/Methodology/Approach: Fifty respondents including client, consultant, contractor their representatives having experience above two years were questioned for primary source data collection.
